- COMPLETE BIG BLUE KIT - Clear 10 x 4.5 in filter housing with 1 in NPT inlet and outlet, one 5 micron carbon block cartridge, spanner wrench, wall mounting bracket and screws. Note this is the Big Blue size and takes 4.5 in cartridges, not standard 2.5 in. Built for whole house flow rates.
- REDUCES CHLORINE, TASTE AND ODOR - The included CTO10 5 micron activated carbon block cartridge reduces chlorine and the taste and odor that comes with it, and captures sediment and particles down to 5 micron. Rated to 2,500 gallons or 3 to 6 months depending on water quality.
- PRESSURE RELIEF BUTTON - Press to release pressure before opening the housing. Threaded gauge port on the cap accepts a pressure gauge if you want to monitor filter loading. Recommended working pressure 80 psi.
- TAKES ANY 10 X 4.5 IN CARTRIDGE - Big Blue size holds far more media than a standard 2.5 in cartridge, so it runs longer between changes at higher flow. Swap in sediment, pleated or carbon as needed.
- COLD WATER USE ONLY - Maximum 113 F. Do not install on hot water lines. Protect from freezing; freezing may crack the housing and cause leakage.
